While innovation and development of IT projects is perceived as technical in nature, the human factor and impact of interactions is usually overlooked. In this event I will talk about alignment of teams and how communication plays a critical role in creating champion teams that build successful products.

Here are some questions that you may have and will be covered:

  • Do you have opinionated discussions in your team, without good results?
(or do you hear blame-game interactions?)

  • Is your work environment affected by “Bad Luck”?
(such as, broken product before demo; customer complaints; team stays late to fix problems)

  • Do you know problems will erupt, but hope they won’t?
(because you cannot control it anyway)?

  • Do you think your team or some of your colleagues don’t care or don’t “get it”? (or at least could do much better?)
